SECTION 20 - 3 FOR 2 OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Add a combination of 3 products to your cart, and we will automatically apply a discount equivalent to the cheapest product. Unless explicitly communicated, discount codes cannot be used with a 3 for 2 purchase.
If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the paid items, you will receive a refund for the product minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. Please note that watches are not eligible to be the free item in this promotion.
SECTION 21 - PRE-ORDERS
Expected delivery times for pre-orders are indicated on the product page and may change. We are unable to partially deliver products; if you order multiple items including a pre-order, all items will ship together when the pre-order is in stock. Payment is deducted at the time of ordering.
SECTION 22 - DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
We offer worldwide shipping, excluding certain regions due to logistical restrictions. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
SECTION 23 - SHIPPING INSURANCE
If Shipping Insurance is purchased, the shipment is covered against loss, damage, and documented theft. Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered. For orders exceeding 400 EUR, we reserve the right to require an official police report before processing a claim for theft.
SECTION 24 - UNCOLLECTED PARCELS & HANDLING FEES
If a parcel is not collected or delivery fails due to a lack of response, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee from any refund or credit.
SECTION 25 - CURRENCY EXCHANGE AND FLUCTUATIONS
Transactions are processed in the currency selected at checkout. Any differences due to currency fluctuations or bank fees during returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
